Delivery & Returns

STANDARD FREE DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

Standard delivery within Australia will be by registered post and is free of charge. Delivery to major cities may take 5 to 7 days, all other areas up to 10 days. A signature will be required upon delivery.  If you are not available at your given address at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left and you can collect your parcel from your nearest post office. In the event that your parcel is not collected, and is returned to us, a fee of $10 will be charged to you to re-post the parcel.

PREMIUM DELIVERY $9 AUD (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

Premium Delivery via express post, to major cities only, can take up to 3 business days for delivery, and a signature is required upon delivery. In the event that you are not available to sign for your parcel, a calling card will be left for you, and you can collect your parcel at the nearest post office.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY $20 AUD

Parcels to international destinations will be sent via standard post, which may take up to 20 days. A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for your parcel, a calling card will be left for you and you can collect the parcel at your nearest post office.   

Parcel deliveries outside Australia may be liable for local customs duty, import taxes or costs due on your purchase. These are decided by your Government at the point of entry into your country and are outside of KOPO’s control.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return to KOPO for a full refund. Kindly Email us to receive a Returns Form. We will then send you a Pre-Paid Return label.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, unless of course, the return was a result of our error. Please package the items well prior to returning them to us, and ensure that items are well padded to prevent damage in transit. We will email you once your package has been received and processed.

All refunds will be processed using the same method used to purchase your goods. Please allow up to 30 days to process the credit to your account. We will notify you via email once the refund has been completed. If you have any queries about a return or exchange, please Contact Us.


IMPORTANT:  All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a completed Returns Form and receipt.
